| Drivers can discover the beauty of the Hungarian Horse sport with a roundtrip through Hungary. During this journey one will visit the well-known stud farms and the Hungarian Puszta. The trip is made in a small group of max. 8 persons, a guide will accompany the group. |

 Day 1 |
Our program begins in Vienna (Schwechat airport). It's up to you to make your choice for the airline of your preference but group should arrive together. Departure by bus to the Stud farm of Babolna where for many centuries Arab thoroughbred horses are breeded. We begin our program with a light lunch.. After the lunch there is a guided tour through the stables, also the best stallions of the farm are shown. Thereafter we take a carriage to discover the spacious land of the farm and a visit to the Memorial Park dedicated to the memory of in the past deceased horses. In the afternoon departure by bus to Budapest, overnight in Art'Otel a four star hotel located at the side of the river Danube. A four-course dinner (with coffee and mineral water) in the restaurant of the hotel. |
Day 2 |
Today we visit Budapest the nicest places of Budapest, the city which is known as the "Pearl of the Danube". Later on the day departure by bus to Eger, overnight in Hotel Park ****. Diner in hotel restaurant with a four-course menu (drinks are not included). |
Day 3 |
Program in Szilvásvárad, visit the well-known Lippizaner state stud farm, from where various trips will be made. We will visit the shelters of the young studs, the Szana valley, lunch will be served in the Lovas (Horses) restaurant (four-course menu, without drinks). After the lunch one can take the ribbons in the stadion where in 1984 the World Four-in-Hand Driving Championship was held. Overnight in hotel Park ****. |
Day 4 |
Program in Szilvásvárad, trip with 4 Two-in-Hand (possible to drive as well) through the Bükk National Park towards the mountainstation of the stud farm, on the way we visit the stallions and thereafter the foals. After your trip you definitely will enjoy the speciality of this region; trout on BBQ. Wine and soft drinks are included. Overnight in Hotel Park ****. |
Day 5 |
After leaving Eger, the next visit brings us to the Matai state stud farm which is situated on the Hungarian Puszta on the territory of the Hortobagy National Park. The stud farm is known for the Nonius horses which are bred here. By carriage the tour continues over the area which is part of the UNESCO World Heritage Sites. After having a traditional Hungarian lunch, we leave to Kiskőrös, a place in the southern part of Hungary. Overnight in Hotel Imperial ***. |
Day 6 |
The scenery of the Puszta at Kiskorös is varied with forrests and vineyards. A tour is next over the Hungarian Puszta (possible to drive as well) with Two-in-Hand carriages Hungarian half-bred horses and a carriage of Lippizaners. Lunch at a local farm with genuine Hungarian Gulash soup with wine from the region. After the lunch return by bus to the hotel in Kiskorös, rest of the afternoon is free. |
Day 7 |
Today there is the last trip over the Puszta (possible to drive as well). Lunch is in the Henry farm, return by carriage to Kiskorös. In the evening there is a winetasting program, thereafter a dinner in the winevillage Hajos. Hajos is a special winevillage located against and under a hill with more then 1200 houses, where each of them has it's own winecellar. By bus we return to hotel Imperial in Kiskorös. |
Day 8 |
Last day of the trip, today we visit the workshop of carriagebuilder Henrik Leitert, which is located in Kiskőrös. After the visit we leave Kiskőrös and head by bus to the direction of Vienna. |
